Warranty & Repair

We are committed to providing products of outstanding quality and craftsmanship. All Arkos Supply products come with a 12-month warranty.


What Our Warranty Covers:

  • Defective zippers (stuck, faulty installation)

  • Loose stitching (within the first month of use)

  • Faulty construction or materials

  • Detachment of handles or metal hardware

  • Malfunctioning buttons

 

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, cuts, or exposure to substances like alcohol

  • Natural aging of leather


Warranty Claims:

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@arkossupply.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Upon receiving your claim, our team will assess the case and guide you through the next steps, whether it be repair, replacement, or other solutions.
